01

Information we receive

When you use our project form, we receive your name, email address, project brief and selected project interests. You may also provide a company name and preferred timing. When you use the Meet Us form, we receive your name, email address, mobile number, city, country and message.

Our hosting provider may receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser details and request logs. The site also stores your homepage scroll position in your browser when you follow a case study link, so it can return you to the same place.

02

How we use it

We use the details you send to read your enquiry, reply to you, discuss a potential project and keep a record of the conversation. We use technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter.

We do not sell the information you submit through these forms.

03

Services we use

Form submissions are sent through our email provider to meet@theluxurycommute.com. The Meet Us form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Cloudflare may process browser and device signals for that check; see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum (opens in a new tab).

Our typography is served by Google Fonts. Loading those font files connects your browser to Google’s servers. You can read Google Fonts’ privacy information (opens in a new tab). These providers may process data in countries other than yours.

04

Storage and retention

Enquiries are delivered to our mailbox. We keep related messages for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or ongoing relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, then delete them when no longer needed. Hosting and service providers may retain technical records under their own policies.

The homepage scroll position is stored locally in your browser and removed when you return from a case study. You can also clear it through your browser’s site data controls.

05

Your choices

You can ask us about the information we hold from your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern by emailing meet@theluxurycommute.com. We will handle requests according to the laws that apply to your circumstances.

You can browse the site without sending a form. If you prefer, you can contact us directly by email.

06

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
